What areas do you service?

We proudly service South East Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll confirm for you.

We collect a wide range of household and commercial waste, including general household rubbish, old furniture, electronic appliances, green garden waste, timber, wood, and light building or renovation debris. Please note that we do not collect hazardous materials like chemicals, asbestos, or industrial liquids.

For container recycling, pickups are completely free, and we pay you 7¢ per eligible item! For general rubbish removal, pricing depends on the load size and the type of waste. You can fill out our online booking form with your waste details and photos to get an instant estimate, or contact us directly for a transparent, no-obligation quote.

No, you do not need to be home as long as our team has clear, safe access to the items or containers and they are placed in an accessible area (like your driveway or front yard). If you choose to pay via cash on collection, someone will need to be present; otherwise, you can opt for bank transfer.

We always aim for fast service! In most cases, we can schedule a pickup within 24 to 48 hours of your request. If you have an urgent requirement, let us know through the contact form or call us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate a same-day or next-day slot.

What containers can I return for a refund?

We accept most aluminum cans, plastic (PET) bottles, and glass bottles that are eligible under the official CDS (Container Deposit Scheme). Eligible containers usually display a specific refund mark. Please ensure they are empty and uncrushed.

Once our team collects and verifies your eligible containers, we process your payment immediately. You can choose to receive your earnings directly into your bank account via Bank Transfer, or get paid in Cash on the spot during pickup.

No sorting or tedious work is required from your side! You can place all your mixed eligible bottles and cans together in bags or bins. Our team handles all the sorting and separation at our processing facility.

How do I book a pickup?

Booking is quick and simple! Just navigate to our “Book a Pickup” page, fill out the simple request form with your contact details, address, and waste preferences, and hit “Send Booking Request.” Our team will get back to you shortly to confirm your time slot.

Yes, absolutely. We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule or cancel your pickup free of charge by contacting us via phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled collection time.

When your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with a specific arrival window. Additionally, our friendly drivers can give you a courtesy call or SMS 15–30 minutes before they arrive at your property so you know exactly when to expect us.
